Retail Wanted—the management company behind Pet Supplies Plus locations in Delray Beach, Lake Park, and Coconut Creek, FL—is hiring a District Grooming Leader to oversee grooming services across all three stores.
This is a unique opportunity to continue doing what you love—grooming dogs—while also earning additional income by mentoring, supporting, and supervising a talented grooming services team.

You’ll groom from our Delray Beach location, while visiting Lake Park (grooming services) and Coconut Creek (nail trims only) on a weekly basis to support and guide the team.
What You Can Expect
- 60% commission on your own grooming services
- 10% commission override on services performed by your team
- Team Member discount on all pet products

📍 Base Location: Delray Beach, FL
📍 Travel Required: Weekly visits to Lake Park or Coconut Creek
✂️ We’re Looking for Grooming Leaders Who Are:
🐾 Experienced in professional dog grooming (2+ years)
🐾 Comfortable managing, mentoring, and motivating others
🐾 Equipped with their own grooming tools
🐾 Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
🐾 Able to travel between stores weekly (reliable transportation required)
🐾 Passionate about both grooming and growing a strong, supportive team
